Pay attention to your arms!

Nothing ages worse than your arms if you neglect them. It's a fact. And there's no turning back once you've reached the point of "no return"! There's still no successful surgeries: scars cross most of your inner arm and look long and scary...
What to do then?
First, you must identify the causes that ruin your arms...
1) Sun exposure, which is responsible for the fall of the skin covering the biceps. This is why you should wear maximum protection always (as if they were part of your face) and reduce exposure to small periods only.
2) The lack of exercise, of course. Work out with weights and machine specially designed to train triceps (that's what falls first and shakes when moving your arms), biceps and shoulders. And it's not enough with once in a while: three-times a week minimum! Suffer a bit for a just cause...
3) Eating too much sugar, because they promote the appearance of wrinkles. Eat plenty of proteins, such as egg whites (simply boiled or in omelettes), chicken breasts and fish.
Before going to bed, use a toning cream and spread it all along your arm.
Everything can be achieved through hard work, patience and perseverance...
