Here's Tip N°4...
"With this and the tips to come, I will be sharing with you a series of postures that you can practice daily.
So, after Viparita Karani (Tip N°1), you should do a Half Loto against the wall:
- Remove the bolster, lay your butt against the floor and bend your right leg, placing your heel over your tigh, near the knee of your left leg (you might need to move a bit away from the wall so that all your back is laid against the floor).
- Push your knees away and your butt against the wall so as to align your hip. Keep the posture throughout 10 breathings and then repeat with the other leg.
This posture, at first sight easy, is fundamental to keep your hips opened and strech your knees and heels. Essentially all asanas imply the movement of the hips. The opening of the hips allow the increase of strength and range of movement inside and around the articulation. With a strong and stable hip, your spine can grow and elongate!"
